Raft Studios NZ Trust - Terms and Conditions for Purchasing a Space in a Class or Workshop at Raft Studios.
All participants MUST wear closed toe shoes at all times.
All bags and loose items must be stored on a chair or Door hook, not left on the floor.
All participants must have filled out a Patrons Contract for Raft Studios Health and Safety Requirements.
All materials and tools belonging to Raft Studios must not be taken off site without Permission from a Raft Studios team member.
REFUND POLICY:
Classes are booked once full payment has been accepted or a payment scheme has been approved by the Raft Team.
Full Refunds will be given if a class has been cancelled or postponed by Raft.
CANCELLATION BY YOU:
Cancellations must be received four (4) days ahead of the class commencement date to be granted a refund. Bookings can only be processed for the current term and fees cannot be transferred to future terms. Any fees incurred by Raft to process the booking will not be refunded.
NON-ATTENDANCE:
If you are unable to attend a class due to illness or for personal reasons, and do not inform us, you are not entitled to a refund for classes missed.
