In this workshop, you’ll learn the basic techniques of reupholstering a wooden chair or footstool. Jen, your tutor, will demonstrate each step by working on a few different pieces, and you’ll have the chance to observe and try the processes yourself along the way.

Footstools will be available to purchase on the day, or you’re welcome to bring your own footstool or chair to work on.

The $50 workshop fee covers tuition, observation, and hands-on practice. It does not include materials for your own project. Materials will be available to purchase on the day, or you may bring your own fabric if you have something specific you’d like to use.

Please note, this workshop focuses on upholstery only and does not cover any woodworking.
